• Google Drive API Scopes & Data: Depending on the permissions (OAuth scopes) you explicitly grant, NhatTamDrive accesses file metadata (such as file names, file IDs, MIME types, creation dates, and file sizes), directory structures, and file contents stored in your Google Drive. This data is accessed exclusively to display your files within the NhatTamDrive user interface and execute user-requested file operations (such as uploading, downloading, organizing, or editing files).
• Technical and System Log Data: We automatically log standard technical data including IP addresses, browser specifications, operating system details, and timestamps of API requests to maintain security, audit connectivity, and prevent abusive or fraudulent activity.

2. Detailed Purpose and How We Use Google User Data

We use the Google user data collected strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the user-facing functionality of NhatTamDrive requested by you. Specifically, we use your data for the following operational purposes:

• Authenticating your user account and securing active user sessions.
• Displaying your Google Drive directory hierarchy, file lists, and storage statistics directly within the NhatTamDrive application interface.
• Executing direct file action requests initiated by you, including file uploading, file downloading, folder creation, and file transfers.
• Diagnosing technical issues, system errors, and optimizing application performance.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

NhatTamDrive strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will adhere strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use provisions.

4. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Third-Party Disclosures

NhatTamDrive does not share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third party except in the following limited, operational circumstances:

• With Your Direct Consent: When you explicitly direct us or authorize a feature to transfer or export a file to an external service specified by you.
• Service Infrastructure Providers: To cloud infrastructure or hosting providers who process data strictly under our direction and bound by strict confidentiality obligations to operate our application infrastructure.
• Legal Requirements: When disclosure is required to comply with applicable laws, legal regulations, valid court orders, or enforceable governmental requests.

5. Data Security, Retention, and Storage Practices

• Encryption in Transit and at Rest: All communications between your client web browser, NhatTamDrive servers, and Google API servers are strictly encrypted in transit using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) protocols. Stored authentication parameters are encrypted at rest using strong cryptographic standards.
• OAuth Token Storage: We only store encrypted OAuth Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens in our secure database to maintain your connected session without requiring repeated logins.
• No Permanent Storage of File Contents: Your Google Drive file contents are processed in real-time to serve your direct requests and are NEVER saved, cached, or permanently stored on our application servers.
• Data Retention Period: We retain account configuration data and OAuth access tokens only for as long as your account remains active on NhatTamDrive.

6. User Rights, Revocation, and Data Deletion Instructions

You maintain complete control over your personal data and Google permissions at all times:

• Revoking Access: You can revoke NhatTamDrive’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Third-party Access Management Page.
• Data Deletion Request: You have the right to request the complete deletion of all account records, user logs, and OAuth tokens associated with your user identity on NhatTamDrive. To initiate a data deletion request, please send an email to [email protected] or [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, all related user data stored on our servers will be permanently destroyed and deleted within 48 hours.
